Rejuvenating Your Skin with Medical Aesthetics

Rejuvenating Your Skin with Medical Aesthetics Have you thought about surgical facelifts, botox, or other skin penetrating procedures in order to improve the look and feel of your face? Are you hesitating in moving forward with these procedures because you don’t want to use chemicals or invasive procedures on your skin yet or at all? At American Regenerative Clinic, we offer a way for patients to rejuvenate their faces, reduce deep wrinkles and fine lines, and generally bring their skin back to life without the need for surgical or invasive procedures. We’re here to introduce you to a few of our medical aesthetics treatments that may give you exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Medical Aesthetics: Liquid Thread Contouring

Add contours to your facial features with liquid thread contouring using an exciting new type of face filler containing polydioxanone, or PDO. Facial fillers are an alternative to thread lifting, however, most are made from hyaluronic acid combined with gelling agents to increase stability. ULTRACOL was created by a South Korean Ultra V company. It does not contain toxic substances which give it an advantage over other types of facial fillers. ULTRACOL, which is a formulation of PDO micromolecules, is introduced just under the surface of the skin and acts as an irritant to stimulate collagen production. This allows the skin to firm and tighten after the procedure, giving it the desired look for the patient.

Medical Aesthetics: Body and Face Thread Lift

Thread lifting is a non-surgical procedure involving tiny threads made of material-synthetic absorbable sutures composed of PDO and Polycaprolactone, or PCL. These sutures act as scaffolds to help cells to be well-attached. Your body will begin to produce new bundles of collagen surrounding each thread which creates a subtle yet effective lift. PRP and Ozone are injected along with the threads in order to maximize the activation of cell culture and increase the effects of the procedure. There is absolutely no scarring, and the recovery time is much less than post-surgical facelifts.

Most of us are looking for a natural look, and this procedure makes certain that its subtle and natural appeal does not cloud the visible effect it takes. It is generally suited for people between the ages of 25 and 70 as it is most effective on skin with menial sagging. If your cheeks, jowls, brows, or neck area are causing you issues, this could be the right treatment for you. The results are also more effective and longer-lasting than Botox and other fillers! Better still, the results of thread lifting can last up to 3 years.

Medical Aesthetics: Face Fat Transfer

As you probably know, collagen is a major structural protein that gives elasticity and shape to our faces. As we age, our skin produces less collagen (which is why we’re always after getting more of it!). Fat transfer is an advanced rejuvenating procedure aimed at addressing symptoms of losing collagen such as volume loss, drooping skin, wrinkles, and loss of pigmentation. It is also another great alternative to a surgical facelift.

The procedure involves harvesting some of a patient’s fat cells through a quick in-office procedure. These fat cells are then injected into the face to increase the skin’s volume. Fat cells actually contain the largest storage of stem cells in the body, and stem cells can of course transform into any type of cell in the body. This means that while the ingestion of these tissues will lead to volume increase, it can also lead to new scaffold and vessel formation. PRP or platelet-rich plasma will also be added to the fat cells before the injections take place.

If you are looking to try something non-invasive to give yourself a natural-looking facelift, American Regenerative Clinic can help. Call us to book an appointment today!
